Socora’s Salsa started in 1980 when we owned and operated Chuckar’s Mexican Restaurant in Lassen County, California.
We answered the request of family & friends by making approximately 50-60 gallons a year for them.
Now our family invites you to enjoy our delicious, award winning salsa, a special blend of the finest and freshest ingredients, prepared for you
with our own loving hands. We place a high value on quality, and our salsa is produced in limited quantities. There are no shortcuts
in our production or development to ensure you get the best flavors possible. Our award-winning recipes for our salsa have unique
