Socora’s Salsa started in 1980 when we owned and operated Chuckar’s Mexican Restaurant in Lassen County, California.   We answered the request of family & friends by making approximately 50-60 gallons a year for them. 

Now our family invites you to enjoy our delicious, award winning salsa, a special blend of the finest and freshest ingredients, prepared for you with our own loving hands. We place a high value on quality, and our salsa is produced in limited quantities. There are no shortcuts in our production or development to ensure you get the best flavors possible.
